Member care department at East Gate Chapel handles the congregational holistic growth. We are committed to reaching out to the whole person with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ through a holistic ministry approach.

CARE MEMBER DEPARTMENTS
Hospitality ministry
Hospitality team refreshes first-time visitors with a cup of tea after service, members during meetings and in the AGM meetings. The department is subdivided into three areas namely:
- Karibu department-Welcoming and ushering members to the service
- Catering Department– Budgets and prepares meals for the members and visitors
- Visitors department-Stays with first-time visitors after service for a cup of tea.
Fathila Welfare
Serves the membership in the event of bereavement and medical support.
Home cells ministry
It ensures members are connected through small groups for their spiritual growth. Connecting and fellowship in small groups of 10-12 people growing together.
USHERING MINISTRY
Ushering department is to help our first-time visitors and members to experience the atmosphere of a worship service. They ensure there is a smooth running church service.
Care Ministry
Providing spiritual and psychological counseling support and prayers.
Event organizers
Planning for church annual events, meetings, seminars, weddings, Birthdays, etc
