Our Church is committed to nurturing the following Eight core values known as East Gate Strategy.
Excellence: We are committed to a culture of excellence in all our services and ministries. Keeping with our identity and committed to producing the best results and delivering the best services we can provide.
Accountability: We are committed to a culture of transparency and accountability with our members and the public. The administrative and financial team will take care of God’s resources, time, and donations.
Stewardship: God requires us to be responsible stewards of all the resources He has entrusted to us. Managing our financial affairs with integrity, providing for our own, and sharing with others.
Teamwork: To work as a cohesive team and seek partnerships to achieve goals. To foster a team spirit, never challenging others, but challenging the problem while looking for new opportunities to learn and grow by enjoying collaboration as a team and supporting each other every day.
Growth: The church is a living organism, so we believe every ministry must be purpose-driven. Constantly aiming to grow both our members and the church. Our aim is to lead people to faith in Jesus Christ, encourage people to grow in their faith, and equip people to serve God as a lifelong pursuit to advance the kingdom’s agenda.
Atmosphere of Acceptance :We believe that the key to a thriving church is an atmosphere of accepting relationships where people are building authentic friendships through and in Jesus Christ. We believe people need a place where they have a sense of belonging, a place where they can feel safe, a place where they can find forgiveness, and a place where they can find support and encouragement.
Trust: We say what we mean, keep our promises, and treat others with respect. We will maintain our trust and acceptability in our people, our greatest asset both within and outside the church.
Evangelism: Until everyone hears the Gospel of the kingdom. We desire to be salt and light in our communities, our cities, nations, and the world.
Our sold-out focus is to see lives transformed and the kingdom of God established in and through the lives of our church families at East Gate Chapel.
